RMG recording artist Canon has a lot to juggle as a newlywed, brother, rapper, and role model. All of that came to a screeching halt last December, the night of a near fatal incident. Since then, Canon has been steadily recovering. With the help of his wife, family and close friends, progress has been constant. He's been back in the studio writing and recording new music he can't wait to share. Now it's time to tell his story. This amazing testimony should stir us to remain and always be "Grateful".

Mr. Franklin is about to make another definitive statement to the world through his music. His upcoming, boldly entitled project is called Losing My Religion. The latest single from the project, “Wanna Be Happy?“, is already tearing through the charts, an indication that the rest of the album will be amazing.

“Wanna Be Happy", the new single from Kirk Franklin, debuted at the number one spot and also makes history as the best first-week digital single in gospel music sales history. Franklin premiered the song on the Steve Harvey Morning Show as well as closing out the season finale of the ever popular BET Sunday Best singing competition.
“This is great news for both Kirk Franklin and the entire gospel genre,” said Mark Michel, VP of Sales, RCA Inspiration. “We haven’t seen first week numbers like this in gospel since his last record four years ago. We’re all very excited about this single and his forthcoming album.”
Wanna Be Happy comes from Kirk Franklin’s eleventh album which is set to be released in November.

In 2012 it was hard to find a praise teams that didn’t glorified God through dance with this gospel singers hit song. Tasha Cobbs released Break Every Chain and it skyrocketed to the top of the gospel charts and was loved throughout the gospel community. It was the lead song from her debut album ‘Grace’ which hosted top gospel singers and producers leading to Grammy nominations and the uplifting of the gospel throughout the world. This August, Cobbs picks up right where she left off with her sophomore project ‘One Place (Live)’.
